CIS (CMOS Image Sensor) translation sorting testing machine is an automated testing and sorting equipment for CMOS image sensor chips, mainly used in the post-processing of semiconductor manufacturing. Its core function is to move the chip to the testing station through a high-precision translation robotic arm, completing electrical and optical performance testing.
